Elevated Computing was founded in 2007 when its owners saw a need for affordable, enterprise-class IT skills and tech support for start-ups and larger businesses. Creating a business model that sees far beyond just troubleshooting, Elevated’s staff of experienced professionals collaborate with clients to help meet their long-term IT needs.

The IT field is competitive, but very few firms offer unbiased assistance. Elevated’s founders agreed that there was a need for a Managed IT provider and consulting firm with strong technical skills that could help companies reduce costs without compromising value.
Many lower-cost providers are not technically sound enough to offer reliable solutions that follow best practices, while more technically savvy providers frequently opt for more expensive solutions based on pre-existing relationships, regardless of whether that solution is actually the best fit for the customer’s needs.
